We Are Here To Win were on the schedule and we had to spot them 89 pins. Somehow we won the first and third games despite our poor performance. We lost the second game scratch and with the handicap added, the loss was big enough to cost us the point for total pinfall. The outcome was a 4-3 series which left our record at 65-26.

BTW, after 13 weeks last season, we were in 11th place with a record of 44-47. We were at the tail end of a four week long slump in which we went 4-24. We followed that with six consecutive sweeps that propelled us to first place. That will be difficult to repeat but we can certainly try.
